From 01/01/2021 all sales to the UK will be made at 0% VAT rate. If the value of the purchase is over £135 then this will attract UK VAT at the point of import at 20% and brokerage prior to your delivery. If the value of the good is below £135 these charges will not incurred.

All our products are manufactured at our factory in Ballyartella, Nenagh, Co Tipperary, Ireland. All the products on this web site are stock supported and we aim to despatch your order within 2 working days of receiving your order. We will confirm your order with an email. If for some reason an item will take longer to despatch we will inform you in this email. There are no order despatches on Saturday, Sunday or when the factory is on holidays.

Please note that delivery dates cannot be guaranteed and may be disrupted by issues outside our control (for example interruptions to transport systems and services provided by our carriers and banking systems)

Please also note that if any duties are applicable to your purchase due to the rules and regulations of your country, then they are payable by the buyer.

Returns & Replacements

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase simply return the item to us in the condition supplied within 14 days of receiving the order. Please also include your order summary or receipt with the product you are returning and for our benefit please tell us why you are returning it. All items should be returned to John Hanly & Co Ltd, Ballyartella Woollen Mills, Nenagh, Co Tipperary,E45 P789, Ireland and we will refund or exchange the item. The item must be in perfect saleable condition for us to issue a refund. If you ask for an item to be exchanged then you must also pay for the sending of the new item. Please send us back the item by your own trackable and insured method. We are not responsible for returned items that go missing.

Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. A credit will take a few days to show up on your bank statement.

If for any reason you refuse the delivery of your order or you are not available to accept your order and your order is returned to us, then any cost that we incur due to that return will be deducted from your refund.

Payment & Pricing

Credit/Debit Card payments are accepted and are securely processed by the Stripe Global Payments gateway. PRICES INCLUDE 23% VAT where VAT is applicable.

To update your customer information including address and contact details login to your customer account.
